Right now more than ever, self-care and mental health should be a priority.
Facilitated by mental health practitioners with experience working with kids and families our Self-Care Groups were created for parents, teachers, school-based mental health workers and other adults in the lives of kids. Through the activities in our groups, mental health practitioners teach valuable skills for managing stress, self-regulation, impulse management, coping skills, life choices, and positive communication. Sessions will be held through video using a secure web-based service such as Zoom Health. You just need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet to meet by video.
To support the families of our clients, we are now offering these groups at no cost to current clients' families.
