Welcome & Keep Staff
Welcome & Keep, an essential prevention and early intervention component to our Community School Collaborative, utilizes the extensive community and cultural expertise of our specialists. Welcome & Keep staff members have also completed thirty hours of mental health behavioral aide training (as prescribed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services) and thirty hours of training as a third party neutral mediator (under the Minnesota Supreme Court's Alternative Dispute Resolution process). Our efforts focus on social & emotional skill development, family support, mediation, mentoring and targeted outreach with young people and their families. Services are provided in school, in home and in community.
